About Service
The pharmacies collect prescriptions every morning and afternoon from Monifieth Health Centre. We collect every day from Carnoustie Medical Centre. For Broughty Ferry surgeries, Brown Street and Grove, we collect on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's a free collection service and all you need to do is sign a mandate form to authorise us to collect your prescriptions. Forms available in the pharmacy, just ask a member of staff. We also hand in "repeat prescription" order request forms in to each surgery to start the whole prescription request process for you, or keep it simple and use our website to order your repeat medicines.
